First of all congratulations to all the new engineers from PSC batch 2017. This post is supposed to help you on doubts/ queries. You can follow us on Facebook or forum. All your questions will be answered.

3. 20 billion units used to be an average yearly consumption .
4. We have all kinds engineering works from electrical,civil, mechanical, electronic and IT.

WE HAVE ABUNDANT carrier opportunities. So let's have an insight.

Always its better to start at generating stations. Those who stay at south can opt for Idukki, neriamangalam, LP,sengulam, panniar etc, those in the middle can opt for Sholayar Poringal etc. Those who are on North can opt for kdpp or Kakkayam ..

The best is Idukki and Kakkyam/LP for sure.

AFTER LEARNING generation you can try for erection of new projects or lines etc.
Then you can join distribution.


Its better to work in generation before you come in to Distribution. Two reasons.
1. Generation is one of the best experience you get in your life time. Moreover you get time to learn regulations and act. Write department test etc.
2. When you are young try to learn more things.

Distribution is a superb experience. So try it when you turn 5 years experience.

Otherwise you may find it difficult to learn and grow. Just an advice. You can try giving places for posting by contacting HRM office.
