Assistant Engineers working in the distrbution section are in huge pressure from top and bottom levels, for problems concerned with technical and finacial issues Assistant Engineers to answer, even though there are officers for each area. Why all think that Assistant Engineers of section offices must suffer, they are in a mood which may burst at any moment, the soft wares implemented in section offices are burden to them, which makes lot of additional problems, Board informs to public that every thing is simple, but in the reality every thing become tough with the available softwares, they are thinking to scrap these all unneccessary softwares, these are opinions got from section AEs when we communicatedwith them.
