Report on Protests by AEs at Thiruvananthapuram*

Almost 60 no of AEs  participated in the protest meeting held at 1:30 pm at Vydyuthi Bhavanam,Pattom. Er. Arun CP, AE,Poonthura section explained about the incident happened on last friday .Mahesh,AE, Attingal explained about the threats received by him from the union people.The meeting was closed by around 2 pm.

There was a good participation from almost all section AEs in Thiruvananthapuram district irrespective of the association.Many of the Section AEs who could not attend informed their support for the cause. Almost all divisions of Urban and Rural Electrical circle of the district had representations in the meeting.

Afternoon, the AE representatives of different associations had met the CMD and the Distribution Director to present their grievances.We expect the honorable members to take suitable action against the culprits.

We request all other districts to come together and unite all the AEs in-order to response to such problems which can occur anywhere and to anyone.Our unity will be only our strength.
