Major set back in Tariff revision

As far as KSEB is concerned there are atleast two set back in Tariff revision 1) Fixed charge for Ind.consumers upto c/L10 hp is limited to 60 RS for 10 hp instead of 45Rs per KW .2) Minimum charge for Threephase consumers is lifted ,so they have to pay only fixed charge of 60 Rs a month instead of 405 Rs a month. As per our records 60 % of 2 lakh industrial consumers are with C/L lessthan 10 hp.and in Town areas there are lot of house buildings paying minimum charges due to non occuppancy with threephase connection..
