Hydel Allowance - about 1 year back , the sad plight of Engineers in genearation started- making them deduct the amount received as Hydel Allowance for the period Sept 2007-Oct 2009... It was the one of Hot topic in this forum getting max Hit of 400 and above..
Now again it is is is in ...and as a 'rusted Nut & Bolt' for Genearation engineers..

A recent Order says to get back all those Hydel Allowances given during 2007-2009 irrespective of Hon. H.courts advice to consider the grieavence of the Engineers worked in Genearation in tthe said period.
..now its clear
The same person who were eligible TILLSept .2007 and still is being eligible AFTER Oct. 2009,,,
and also presently getting along with salary.....
They are not eligible and need to give back the Hydel Allowance whichever received during the period Sept 2007-Oct 2009.
Then all the engineers worked in all genearion circles need to give back...
Some of them already given back last year itslef ..., making themselves in good book of higher level , even though they know the case of Hydel Allowance to be given back is illogical and injustice.
STILL, people are very reluctant ot go to Geneartation and trying to get their chair very near to their houses with the help of so called unions/assocations.
Or else they want to complete min of 1 year and run away from the scene of generation.
The siutuatation is pathetical and this kind of instruction to get back the allowances , which only making at least comaparable with the pay receivng by their colleagues in cities o/ towns , will be a negaitve effect to the motivational level of Genearation people.
