The tender floated for procurement of 200 MW solar power from ground mounted grid connected solar PV plant within the state at a price below Rs3.5 per Kwh to be discovered through reverse auction and bucket filling. However only 10 MW participation from a single bidder was discovered(CIAL). So the Bid was cancelled!!!and approved in the meeting of FTD held on 24th may 2019.
Now the tender has been revised to purchase 200 MW solar power from ground Mounted power plants situated Anywhere in INDIA!!!!! So thats the new change
So question is why no one interested for solar project in kerala?? why we have to search for projects other than Kerala??? Is it time to rethink on Soura??
