Hope for good rain, now June is over, there is shortage of 20% ,so KSEB has to think about some short term strategies to meet the situation, otherwise KSEB may forced to implement loadshedding again.Nowadays KERALA don't want rain for agriculture, only needs for drinking water& Electricity, so people are not bothered about shortage of rainfall.History shows that rainfall willhave apeak in the 6th & 7 th year in 10 years span and minimum for first three years, there is shift in southwest monsoon in favour of Tamilnadu.

We need a top class strategic decision mechanism, We all were praying for rain( bread and better for us) and it has come accordingly. Even if lower our storage for better management it must be scientific. As you z there is a trend for monsoon and all other cyclones . Heard from people that Some places like Anayirankal and Ponmudi gets water only when LILA hits tamil nadu in the month of Sep-Oct. The news will capture our dam either it is depleted or spilled. Still we are doing our best but people will make it in newspaper and sell it for money. its high time for us to have a data warehouse.
