As per the performance report published by Central power Ministry 2011-12, KSEB perfprmed well with a profit of Rs 1400 Crores for the last six years 2007 to 2012

Tamil Nadu made a loss of 48000 Crores for last 5 years.

AT&C LOSS highest In J&K 63%
AT&C Loss average in INDIA is 25.7%
But Installed capacity is less in KERALA comparing to other States.
