General Transfer-Online- Good Move but need corrections

Its a very good move from the management to have General Transfer requests and processing through ONLINE.
Being the first year its having some irregularities related with seniority/sub units/native place etc.
We need to have a feedback lists, which shall be given to the MIS department and to hope for better.
Sure ONLINE mode of transfer requests and its processing , is the need of time, and some govt departments are already made success. Then why KSEB can't??!
We shall try to ake it success to0 have opportunity for all.
Some issues noted are with
1. native place
2. seniority
3. Project and isolation experience (those who didnt work in Generation also listed with nearby sub units.)
4. transfer to adjacent subunits in same town/city..
5.all requests made by individual are visible to all. (it can be the number of request for a particular place but not the names.)
Its requested to make an effort to list the feedback and submit them to the MIS for correction.
Any way , the Online mode of requests shall not be allowed to be hijacked in between..
