TRANSFER AND POSTING IN KSEBLtd BECOME MAGIC

Now transfer and postings became a daily business of HRM wing, it is like a lottery. If you got a posting , tommorow it may cancell, day after tomorrow it will change to kASARGOD or to Karnataka .You may not be in the seniority list , but you will get transfer . If you are in the seniority list you will not get transfer, that is the magic. Why this all happens in KSEBLtd.Association complained to higher authorities, so some of our complaints rectified by HRM wing.Again they will make another gimmics, please close the HRM wing, because KSEBLtd decided to abolish place of HRM CE , then why all other staffs remains.
