Electoral Roll Search!! IT @ govt process-- Great step

Post by shineseb »

A year ago we had to stand on long queue to enroll and get our Electoral ID card. Now It's just an online process and you can fix the hearing date!
I had registered 4 months ago and it had taken only 1 hour to get it done .. I was wondering how IT has got in to GOVT process..

Even I had a similar experience for doing a RMA process for bike at Motor Vehicle Department. The file information had updated on the very next week after the filing and we could monitor the status online:)
Now I have seen something very interesting!! Electoral Roll Searc.. Go to ceo.kerala.gov.in and look for this link. You will see amazing data bank:)

The best part is that process is quite easy, Security issues are still there!! I think if you know the name you can get almost all details from here..

Yes. Without IT we can't move further. I still remember one of our ILTP session, where faculty told us that service connection booklet used to be a big one until he formatted it and excluded unwanted things which a consumer doesn't require. So change is inevitable. Especially we are undergoing a reformation.

Almost all other EB's have LT billing and other functions to help the employees to ease the process. Hope we can take up the possibilities of IT and make some changes.
