consideration for the Generation service ....

Is there any consideration for generation service while doing transfer & Postings.
Sure,answer is a BIG 'no', and its has been continuing still.
Every time BO's and directions, and same way promises are coming for making happy and simple smile of relief in the faces of Engineers in Generation. Now they are very well aware about the facts.
And in a recent transfer order, the generation service is not only considered and but another 'Big Number' came in as 'place of domicile'.

And with the only reason, transfer is denied to so many without considering anything even like Generation service' , and transfer is given away to others with same or less seniority.

Is such importance is there for place of domicile..?>
