As part of the 46^th Engineers’ Day celebrations KSEB Engineers’ Association, Alappuzha Unit announces an ‘Engineering Idea Contest’- E-THOUGHTS for the engineering students’ community on the theme FRUGAL ENGINEERING. Frugal Engineering is the philosophy, approach and process of solving a deep-rooted problem in an innovative and cost effective manner. The Frugal Engineered products include ChotuKool fridge, Nokia 1100, Tata Nano etc  

How to participate?

Write an innovative Frugal Engineering idea in one or two pages and send to ksebeaalpy@gmail.com on or before10. 10.2013 with contact details. Prizes

1. Prizes for best two ideas
2. Certificates for all relevant  ideas based on the recommendations of  judges
