Essay Writing Competition on Energy Conservation

As part of the state level ‘brightening Kerala ‘ programme, KSEB Engineers’ Association Alappuzha unit organized an essay writing competition on the topic “ Energy Conservation” on 25-12-2012 in association with Samskarika Samunvaya Vedhi, a coalition of over 80 arts and sports club of Karthikappally taluk to spread the message of Energy Conservation to the people in all walks of life. People of varying age including school children, house wives, and teachers participated in the competition. The competition was organized in three categories – seniors, higher secondary and school. Three toppers from each category were awarded trophies and certificates on 27-12-2012. The prizes were distributed by Mrs. Sreedevi Rajan (Member, District Panchayat, Alappuzha) and Adv. B. Rajasekharan (Ex Member, District Panchayat , Alappuzha)
